connect(host?, port?, opts?): Promise<TcpTransport>
Create a transport and connect to remote endpoint.
Parameters
- Optional host: string
  
  remote host, default is "localhost".
- Optional port: number
  
  remote port, default is 6363.
- Optional opts: TcpTransport.Options
  
  other options.
