open(locator, algoList?): KeyChain
Open a persistent KeyChain.
Parameters
- locator: string
  
  in Node.js, a filesystem directory; in browser, a database name.
- Optional algoList: readonly CryptoAlgorithm<any, any, any>[]
  
  list of recognized algorithms. Default is CryptoAlgorithmListSlim. Use CryptoAlgorithmListFull for all algorithms, at the cost of larger bundle size.
Returns KeyChain
